Our six First Division games today only gave us wins for Larkfield & New Hythe and Rochester United, with the other 4 games finishing level including three 2-2 draws!
The ground sharers derby between Bridon Ropes and Meridian VP finished 2-2, Ike Bignell’s double helped K Sports to a 2-2 draw at home to Forest Hill Park and Alfie Kitt’s brace saw SC Thamesmead earn a point at FC Elmstead. Lewisham Borough and Greenways could only manage 1-goal apiece in the game at the Ladywell Arena.
Rochester United are up to second place in the table following their 2-1 win at Staplehurst Monarchs. It was a first league loss in almost 4 months for the Monarchs, with Rochester’s goals coming from Harrison Hume and Liam Wilkins.
Larkfield & New Hythe beat Faversham Strike Force 4-0 to strengthen their current play-off place. Matt Day, Jack Sammoutis, Josh Jackson and Timmy Babington all scored for the Larks.
