Today’s full Premier Division fixture list gave us wins for Glebe, Faversham Town, Bearsted, Deal Town, VCD Athletic and Lordswood.
Ollie Freeman bagged a hat- trick in the opening 23 minutes as Bearsted boosted their play-off push with a 6-1 win at Holmesdale.
Dan Melvin and Nathan Palmer made it 5-0 at half-time and Eniola Hassan added a sixth.
Deal Town moved into third spot after a 2-0 win at Welling Town with Billy Munday and Macaulay Murray scoring. Steve King’s side are six points behind leaders Glebe, who beat Snodland Town 2-0 with a Jamie Philpot double, but have five games in hand.
Sam Hasler scored twice in Faversham Town’s 4-1 at Fisher where Stefan Payne and Matt Newman netted either side of his double.
VCD Athletic ruined Scott Porter’s first game as Lydd Town boss with a 3-2 win at Lindsey Field, where Zak Byron’s 90th minute penalty won it, having also opened the scoring from the spot. Hollands & Blair, who Porter left in midweek, played out a goalless draw with promotion-chasers Corinthian.
A first minute goal from Callum Peck set Lordswood on the way to a 3-2 home win over Stansfeld but they had to come from behind with Danny Keyte and Jimmy Witt scoring after Mayo Olufeko and an own goal put the visitors in front.
Whitstable Town were held to a 1-1 draw at home to Punjab United and Erith Town drew 0-0 at Kennington as both lost ground in the play-off race.
