We already knew who the Premier Division Champions were before today and now know the 4 teams that will take their places in the Play Offs after Faversham Town, Glebe, Corinthian and Erith Town all won. We now just need to find out their exact finishing order.
Faversham Town were 4-1 winners at home to Welling Town with Billy Bennett scoring a double. It was Jamie Philpot that netted twice for Glebe, as they won 4-0 at Lydd Town. Oscar Housego was also a brace scorer, as Corinthian beat Deal Town 3-0. Erith Town left it late to claim their vital victory but it came courtesy of a 90th minute effort from Harry Taylor and as a result, the double Cup winners have mad ethe play-offs.
At the bottom end of the table things are looking gloomy for Welling Town. Their defeat at Faversham now means they have to win both of their final two games to have any chance of survival. Stansfeld are now safe following their 1-0 win against Sutton Athletic, who are now one of one three sides that could go down. Rusthall are the other relegation threatened team but their win against Bearsted means that the other two are in a worse position than them.
Around the other games there were 2-1 wins for Kennington and VCD Athletic, a 4-0 victory for Whitstable Town at Holmesdale plus a 2-2 draw between Hollands & Blair and Tunbridge Wells.
