A busy Tuesday night in the Premier Division saw wins for Corinthian, Fisher, Holmesdale, Glebe and Erith Town.

Glebe’s 4-3 victory at Tunbridge Wells was the most eye-catching one, especially as they were 3-0 own with little over half-an-hour left to play.

Goals from Billy Lewins and Trevor McCreadie had given Wells what looked to be an unassailable lead, but we soon found that not to be the case.

Golden Boot winner Jamie Philpot pulled the first back for Glebe, Ali Fofanah the next and when Malachi Morris equalised in the 90th minute it seemed like Glebe had pulled a point from out of nowhere. However, one point was not enough for them and 7 minutes into added time Philpot popped up again and the 3 points went home with Glebe.

Corinthian top this young table thanks to their 4-1 home win over VCD Athletic. Jack Unwin, Charlie Clover and Sam Bewick were among the scorers for the Hoops, who have started the season with 3 consecutive wins.

Fisher have also played the perfect trio of matches. Charles Yiadom-Konadu shone for the Fish tonight but it was Manny Shoderu and Lewis Duberry that shared the goals in a 3-1 success at Stansfeld.

It’s 7 points from 9 for Holmesdale, following their 2-0 home victory against Rusthall.

Donald Macauley and Sam Bayford each found the net for the Dale, who now sit proudly in the top 3.

Erith Town are up to 5th.

The Dockers edged out Sutton Athletic thanks to a double from Ollie Milton at Lower Road.

The other 3 games finished all-square.

Lordswood came back from 3-1 down to draw with Whitstable Town, Punjab United left in late to level up at Welling Town an Hollands & Blair picked up point number 1 of the campaign, in a goalless affair with Bearsted.
