Saturday 9th April – First Division
Stansfeld moved 9 points clear at the top of the First Division following today’s 2-1 home win over Lydd Town.
The visitors took the lead at Foxbury but goals from Ross Morley and Billy Parkinson earned Stansfeld the win that moves them one step closer to the title.
Sutton Athletic and Snodland Town both picked up vital points towards earning a play-off place while Larkfield & new Hythe were held to a draw by Staplehurst Monarchs and Tooting Bec lost at FC Elmstead.
Greenways were the biggest winners of the day as they smashed struggling Chessington & Hook Utd for 8 at Cobdown – a defeat that saw Chessy return to the bottom of the table.
