We lost some big games due to the bad weather but the First Division still managed entertain us an provide us with further pointers as to who will be in the promotion picture come April.
Canterbury City remain at the top of the table but were held to a 1-1 draw by Tooting Bec today and their advantage at the summit is a precarious one due to their large number of games played.
Strengthening their play-off places were Faversham Strike Force and Croydon, who both picked up home wins. Cameron Macmillan got the only goal as Croydon beat Staplehurst Monarchs while
Harry Taylor, Ali Wren and Harry O’Donnell each netted as Strikeforce narrowly overcame Clapton Community.
At the bottom end of the table Meridian VP lost 3-1 at Sheppey Sports and Greenways moved closer to guaranteed safety with a 4-1 win at fellow-strugglers Welling Town.
Lewisham Borough and FC Elmstead played out a 1-1 draw with the other 2 games scheduled having to be postponed due to Waterlogged pitches.
