Fisher were the only side in the top 8 to win today, with their 3-1 victory at home to Lordswood moving them up to 4th place in the table.
Lordswood are moving towards must-win territory and things looked good for them when Tunde Aderonmu scored early but replies from Jack Gibbons, Kesna Clarke and Billy Brown earned Fisher the win.
Erith & Belvedere and Rusthall drew 1-1 at Park View Road. Charlie Clover gave the in-form Rustics the lead but a penalty from Freddie Baker early in the second half gained the Deres a point.
It also finished 1-1 between Bearsted and Larkfield & New Hythe, with the result now making it impossible for the Larks to earn a play-off place. Tyler Ibe opened the scoring in Otham before a 76th minute Connor French penalty gave the Bears a share of the spoils.
Stansfeld won the big game at the bottom end of the table – beating Lydd Town 4-2 at the Artic Stadium. Dario Sesay-De Luca’s double followed first half goals from Albert Penny and Mayowa Olufeko, with the 3 points earned moving Stansfeld 6 points away from danger.
Snodland Town’s home loss to Corinthian keeps them firmly in the relegation mix. Ryan Hayes was on target for the hosts but Richie Atkins, Jamie Billings and Thomas Mitcham were all on target, sendingĀ the Hoops back into the top half.
Played at Sevenoaks Town, but used as a home game for Glebe, Kennington claimed an away win with Harry Linch twice finding the net. Kelvin Bakare and Dan Vaughan scored for Glebe but Linch’s double and a winner from Harry Phillips gave Kennington a 3-2 victory, elevating them up to 15th place.
VCD Athletic lost ground on Faversham Town, by drawing 0-0 at Tunbridge Wells and completing today’s line-up of fixtures was Hollands & Blair v Sutton Athletic, where a Taylor Fisher goal gave Sutton a 1-0 win.
