Referee Promotions – 2022/23

 

The SCEFL referees team are delighted to announce that the following referees have gained promotion from level 4 to level 3 Contributory League middle (Isthmian/Southern League) and will therefore no longer be on the SCEFL panel for season 2022/23.

Teddy Osborn      Kent FA

Joe Turnpenny      London FA

Billy Woods          Kent FA

They have shown dedication, worked very hard, been committed and shown consistency in their performances for both clubs and match observers. As a result they have managed to meet the criteria to achieve the next level in their refereeing pathway, and we congratulate them all on their hard work. We wish them all the very best for the future and look forward to seeing them progressing further up the referee pyramid. Teddy, Joe, Steven & Ben have been fortunate to receive two promotions in one season so have only spent a very short time on the league panel.
