On Tuesday night there were wins for Chatham Town and Sheppey United while Lordswood picked up a valuable point at Hollands & Blair.
Chatham won 4-1 at home to Tower Hamlets.
Chris Lawal and Jack Evans each scored towards the end of the first half, Dan Bradshaw finished off a fine team move for the third before Evans claimed his brace from a well struck free-kick.
Warren Mfula scored in the first minute of Sheppey United’s game at Deal Town – with what ended to be the only goal of the match.
The 3 points for the ‘Ites’ distance themselves further from Glebe in third place and keeps them on course for automatic promotion.
Lordswood avoided league defeat for the first time in 87 days when picking up a point at Hollands & Blair.
Tom Carlton scored on debut for Blair in the 67th minute but that was quickly replied to by Zak Jackabowski earning Lordswood a valuable point in their relegation battle.
