AFC Whyteleafe saw defeat for the first time this league season when Larkfield & New Hythe left Church Road with the points.
3 goals in 5 first half minutes set the ‘Larks’ up for the win, with Matt Day and Joe Bingham (x2) scoring before Gaspar Mico and Aaron Watson reduced the deficit for ‘Leafe’ prior to the break. The victory means Larkfield are now in 5th place, 4 points behind today’s beaten leaders.
A 4th win on the spin means that Lewisham Borough are up to 3rd place, with today’s victory an impressive one at K Sports.
