PREMIER DIVISION
Erith & Belvedere 1-0 Hollands & Blair
Fisher 1-1 VCD Athletic
Glebe 2-1 Corinthian
Holmesdale 2-1 Lordswood
Lydd Town 3-1 Tunbridge Wells
Punjab United 1-2 Bearsted
Rusthall 3-0 Kennington
Snodland Town 1-1 Whitstable Town
Stansfeld 0-0 Faversham Town
Points were at a premium for the top sides in the table today, with Rusthall the only team in the first 7 places to pick up a win.
VCD Athletic needed a late Ben Fitchett goal to earn a point at Fisher, while Faversham Town were involved in a goalless game at Stansfeld.
Punjab United lost to an injury time Nathan Light effort for Bearsted while Whistable Town also needed a late goal to keep their unbeaten run going, which they got through Finn O’Mara – and that denied Snodland Town a vital win.
Rusthall stretched their impressive unbeaten sequence to 12 games, 11 of which are wins, with a further victory at home to Kennington. Charlie Clover scored twice, with Jack Lyons getting the other in a 3-0 win.
Elsewhere we saw home wins for Glebe, Erith & Belvedere, Holmesdale and Lydd Town.
For Glebe it was in their last game on the grass at Foxbury, and came against Corinthian and for Erith & Belvedere, Ryan Fowler got the only goal against Hollands & Blair.
Holmesdale came from behind to push Lordswood further into danger while Lydd returned from an early deficit to beat Tunbridge Wells.
