ROY VINTER RESPECT CHARITY SHIELD
Glebe are the winners of the Roy Vinter Respect Charity Shield.
The game between Larkfield & New Hythe and Glebe pitted the two teams at the top of last seasons respective divisional respect tables against each other and was settled by an early Malachi Morris strike for the visitors.
Glebe now receive the league’s top respect prize for the 2022/23 season with Larkfield & New Hythe picking up the ‘consolation’ award.
Roy Vinter was a long-serving secretary-treasurer of the league, initially joining the management committee of the then-Kent League in 1980. He passed away in 2014.
