League Allocations – 2023/24

The FA have revealed the National League System (NLS) club allocations for Steps 3-6, subject to FA Council ratification.

For us it means a 21-team Premier Division and 16 team First Division – each with no lateral movement in or out.

Leaving us are Erith & Belvedere and Phoenix Sports, who were both promoted to the Isthmian South East Division, while Bermondsey Town have been relegated back to the Feeder Leagues, from where no team is to join us this year.

Season 2023/24 start date

We are awaiting confirmation of FA Cup round dates from the FA but assuming they are similar to this season, Premier Division clubs can expect their league programme to start on Saturday, July 29.

The First Division season is expected to get under way on Saturday, August 5.

Fixtures are likely to be published in mid-July, but they cannot be done until after the Isthmian League produce their lists due to groundshares.
