Erith Town and Corinthian will compete in the SCEFL Challenge Cup Final after coming through their tough two-legged semi-final ties.

At Bayliss Avenue Deal Town grabbed the lead against-the-run-of-play through wide striker Wes Hennessey, before, Erith Town levelled on the night through an emphatic finish from centre-half Jerome Jayaguru.

Erith Town right-back Tom Ash then drilled in following a set-piece, before Jamie Kennedy equalised for Deal.

In-form attacker James Dyer swept in to level the aggregate score before substitute midfielder James Miles slotted home following a great team move to send Erith Town through to another Cup Final.

There the Dockers will meet Corinthian who drew on the night with AFC Whyteleafe, but progress thanks to their first leg win.

Corinthian scored first and last in this game, through Charlie Clover and Jamie Billings, with Aaron Watson and Mike Hill netting for Whyteleafe inbetween.

The Final is penciled in for Good Friday with full details due to be announced shortly.

Corinthian take a strong lead into the second leg after their 3-0 home win against AFC Whyteleafe.

The Premier Division side will fancy their chances of a Cup Final appearance thanks to goals from Conor Driscoll, Oscar Housego and Jack Billings.

The other semi-final looks far harder to choose a winner from after Deal Town narrowly beat Erith Town at the Charles Ground.

Kane Smith gave Deal a 40th lead before James Dyer levelled in the 54th minute. Jamie Kennedy’s goal towards the end of the game gives the Hoops a slight advantage going into next weeks decider.
