Sutton Athletic 0-5 VCD Athletic

 

VCD Athletic moved to within 4 points of league leaders Faversham Town following tonight’s results.

Doubles from Charlie Heatley and Lee Bird were added to by Nathaniel Olawole as VCD won 5-0 at Sutton Athletic while Faversham were held to a 0-0 draw by a Lydd Town side that finished the game with 10 men.

Glebe were the winners in the only other Premier Division game tonight. Kelvin Bakare gave Glebe the lead before Lewis Heywood-Oriogun poked home the leveller. With time running out substitute Louis Duckering scored the winner which helped the Foxes leap over their opponents into 9th place in the table.
