There were goals a-plenty in the First Division tonight plus some big results but the key take away must be the HUGE crowd of 502 that turned up to see two promotion contenders battled it out.

The record attendance at Potyns witnessed a stunning first half between Snodland Town and Larkfield & New Hythe that finished 2-2, the same scoreline as the final result.

That point keeps Larkfield unbeaten, but they drop a place to second following Bridon Ropes 3-0 win at home to current basement boys SC Thamesmead.

Despite a Bradley Baker double, Lydd Town lost at Staplehurst Monarchs while FC Elmstead picked up their first win of the campaign, beating Meridian VP 5-1, with Kanan Fitton claiming a hat-trick.

The other two games finished level with Faversham Strikeforce twice netting late in a 2-2 draw and Tooting Bec v Croydon ending goalless.
