Wednesday 10th April
There were two Premier Division games and two victories for play-off hopefuls with Corinthian and Lydd Town both picking up wins.
Corinthian are now pretty much assured of a play-off berth following their 4-2 success at Rusthall.
The struggling Rustics actually took the lead at Jockey Farm, twice, with Frank Little then Jack Kirby putting the hosts ahead, either side of a Jamie Billings leveller.
The Hoops showed their class though, and goals from Luke Adams and Oscar Housego (x2) secured the vital win.
Lydd Town ended Punjab United’s hopes of a top 5 finish, but strengthened their own with a 3-0 win at the Lyndsey Field.
It will still be a big ask for Lydd to make the end of season showdown but goals from Troy Howard, Harvey Welford and Kenny Pogue made that slightly easier.
