Top goalscorer departs Rusthall

Rusthall have announced that Luke Adams has left the club ahead of the new season.

Luke fired in a whopping 20 goals from 28 appearances for the Rustics last term, before the season was cut short due to the Covid-19 pandemic.

Adams was on course for an impressive double, as he was well in the race for the Golden Boot with ‘The Rustics’ firmly in the title race, and at the worst, they would surely have gained promotion had the season run through to the end.

Rusthall will be looking to be among the top four again when the season restarts but they will have to do it without Adams, and he is sure to be missed.
