From the 2023/23 season Erith Town took up a groundshare at Bayliss Avenue. As part of their arrival the Stadium is sponsored by 'Stanmore Ltd' for their games.

SC Thamesmead agreed a deal that from the 2024/25 Season, Bayliss Avenue will be known as the Masher Brothers Community Stadium for their home games.
