SCEFL and iTrust

Many of our clubs now have an iTrust Portal in place, providing a simple and effective way to share feedback. This platform allows anyone — from supporters and players to parents — to submit a report directly to the club. Whether you’d like to commend positive actions, suggest improvements, or raise a more serious concern such as a welfare issue, the iTrust Portal makes it easy to have your voice heard.

Clubs with an iTrust Portal will display a QR code around their ground and in their matchday programme. Simply scan the code to submit your report — anonymously if you wish — and it will be sent directly to the club for review and action.

This initiative enhances engagement, encourages transparency, and helps clubs continually improve both on and off the field, creating a more positive and inclusive matchday experience for everyone.

The League also has it’s own portal and we welcome questions and feedback, which will will answer below.

The anonymous portal can be accessed through this link or QR Code;

QUESTIONS AND FEEDBACK

Q: Can you make it so that in the Play-Offs players have to have played a few times in the league for that club?

A: This was raised at the last Board meeting on behalf of one of our member clubs and discussed at length.
The Board agreed to take forward the proposal to the FA Rules and Regulations SubCommittee.
This we have done, but it will not come into play for the 26-27 season. Notice of rule and regulation changes need to be made by October in the current season for the following season.
Should we be successful and get the support of other Leagues in the NLS it will be in effect from 27-28 season.
This change is not something we can do in isolation.  We will keep clubs updated as things progress.
