SC Thamesmead announce new Boss

Sporting Club Thamesmead have named Aaron Jeffrey as their new First Team Manager.

Jeffrey takes the helm after starring for ‘The Acre’ on the field last term, playing 22 games and scoring 5 goals.

He replaces outgoing Manager Jason Long, who led the team from Bayliss Avenue to the verge of a promotion winning place, before the season finished early.

Jeffrey, a former Erith Town and Thamesmead Town man, will now prepare his side for the potential of a September start to the new campaign.

The club are delighted to announce that @Ajeffery_90 is the new manager of the first team.
The club were grateful to all applications received, and we now look forward to working with Taz.
