We had 26 goals in today’s 9 Premier Division games, and wins for Erith Town, Whitstable Town, Glebe, Rusthall, Welling Town, and Fisher.

Three games were drawn including the BIG match of the day from the Mayplace Ground, where Phoenix Sports levelled late on against league leaders.

Erith & Belvedere failed to win for only the fourth time in 24 matches as Andy Pugh’s 97th-minute equaliser earned Phoenix Sports a 2-2 draw. Holding a 21-point lead over second placed Rusthall, the Deres are unlikely to be too perturbed by only a third draw of the campaign against a Phoenix side who are pushing to claim second place.

After a goalless first half, it was the Steve O’Boyle’s Phoenix side who took the lead in the 53rd minute through Tashi-Jay Kwayie and they held the lead until the 79th minute when in-form Nathan Palmer levelled for the Deres.

Eight minutes later, the three points looked to be heading to the way of the league leaders when Tyrell Richardson-Brown complete the turnaround.

But the final act of the drama came in the seventh minute of added time as Pugh netted to claim a point for the hosts.

Rusthall reduced the chasm at the top as they beat bottom side Canterbury City 3-0 at Jockey Farm with Yassin Fares netting twice, either side of Tarik Ibrahim’s goal.

Whitstable Town, in third, have found a winning formula and continued with 6-1 at Kennington.

Jefferson Aibangbee netted twice, with Dean Grant, Josh Oliver, Jordan Wells and Rodney Eruotor also getting in on the action.

Erith Town’s Steadman Callender bagged his 100th goal for the club in midweek and made a quick start on the second as his 90th minute goal earned his fifth-placed side a 1-0 win at Holmesdale.

Marcel McDonald and Riley Asaam scored as Glebe won 2-1 at K Sports, while Fisher’s good from continued with a 3-2 win at Sutton Athletic.

Welling Town moved out of the bottom two after Noah Hamelberg’s goal gave them a 1-0 win at Lordswood.

Rhys Bartlett’s 90th-minute equaliser earned Tunbridge Wells a point in a 1-1 draw with Bearsted, while Stansfeld and Deal Town also shared the points in a 0-0 stalemate.
