We had 9 Premier Division fixtures to close out 2023, and from them got wins for Bearsted, Deal Town, Corinthian, VCD Athletic, Lydd Town, Hollands & Blair and Tunbridge Wells.

Just 4 points split the top 6 sides in the Premier Division as 2023 closed out for us in dramatic style.

Deal Town are up to 3rd place following their 4-2 win at the league leaders. Goals from Rory Smith, Billy Munday, and a brace from Aaron Millbank secured the win for Deal, who have 4 games in hand over the two sides above them.

Corinthian edged out Erith Town in a battle of two play-off positioned sides despite going behind to an early James Dyer goal. The Hoops were ahead by the break, thanks to Oscar Housego and Michael Hagan, then held firm in a goalless second half.

Glebe missed the chance to go top after being held by Foxbury tenants Stansfeld. Zach Garcia and Mayowa Olufeko were on target for Stansfeld, countered by Jargal Enkh and Jamie Philpot for second-placed Glebe.

Lydd Town put in an excellent performance to defeat Whitstable Town 4-0. Ronnie Dolan scored twice, while Luke Burdon and Sam Adams added a goal each for Lydd, who end the year in 11th place.

Kennington end 2023 at the foot of the table. They led early on at Bearsted but the hosts were impressive in the second half, scoring through Ollie Freeman, Will Johnson-Cole and Jordan James-Tingley. The Bears sit in 8th.

Hollands & Blair dominated their encounter against Lordswood, securing a convincing 4-1 win. Billy Horley, Harvey Welford, Will Puffette, and Tom Walmsley scored for  Blair, while Joel Odeniran managed a consolation goal for Lordswood. A crowd of 412 were on hand at Star Meadow.

1,11o took in the derby game between Rusthall and Tunbridge Wells, – a record for the Jockey Farm Stadium. Tunbridge Wells nicked it with 2 goals in the final 10 minutes. Festos Kamara with the first and Brad Austin sealing the deal.

VCD Athletic were 2-0 home winners against Holmesdale. Sadik Balarabe netted in the 33rd minute and Bethel Gboda wrapped the points up in the final stages. VCD end the year in 16th, with Holmesdale in 12th.

Sutton Athletic and Fisher shared the spoils in a 1-1 draw, with Mariano Bankjoko scoring for Sutton Athletic and Flavio Jumo equalizing for Fisher.
