The final full day of Premier Division fixtures is over and as a result we now know that Phoenix Sports have finished in second place and will compete in the Play Off Final next week, while Canterbury City join K Sports as the two relegated sides.
Champions, Erith & Belvedere finished the campaign with a 1-1 draw at Canterbury City.
Marcus Elliott gave them a 38th minute lead with City levelling through Amin Gorgoi on the stroke of half-time. The result wasn’t enough to save Canterbury from relegation to Division One.
Phoenix Sports secured the Inter Step play-off place after beating Kennington 3-0 with Alfie Evans scoring twice in the first ten minutes.
Despite going the second half of the League campaign unbeaten, Deal Town miss out in third. They beat Sutton Athletic 2-0 with goals from Billy Munday and Josh Byford.
Erith Town finished fourth but went down 3-0 at Glebe with the hosts’ Jamie Philpot looking to have claimed the Golden Boot with two goals against the Dockers.
Punjab United lost 7-3 at home to Lordswood. Luke Medley bagged a hat-trick, including two penalties, for the Lords.
Welling Town and Holmesdale both secured their status after tough seasons. Holmesdale won 2-0 at relegated K Sports, while Welling Town drew 2-2 at home to Whitstable Town.
