After the second round of matches in the our P&Co. SCEFL Premier Division, only four teams maintain a perfect record.
Lordswood secured their second win with a 4-1 victory at home against Fisher. Goals from Will Currie, Matt Gething, and Jake Embery gave them a strong lead by halftime. Although Edward Sata quickly responded for Fisher after the break, substitute Elliott Duncan sealed the win in the final minute.
Punjab United edged out Tunbridge Wells 2-1, with Jack Hopkins scoring the decisive injury-time header. The visitors initially led through Jacob Feasey, but Reece Deakin equalized for Punjab from the penalty spot in the second half.
Larkfield & New Hythe earned a 2-0 home win over Glebe, with Alvin Turyatemba scoring just before halftime and Matt Day adding a second-half penalty.
VCD Athletic also secured their second victory with a 2-1 win at home against Hollands & Blair. Dieko Falade and Bethel Gboda scored in the second half to give Vickers a 2-0 lead, but Rob Gillman pulled one back for the visitors.
Title favorites Faversham Town were held to a 1-1 draw at Holmesdale despite taking an early lead through Sam Hasler’s second-minute penalty. Holmesdale’s Jack Church equalized with a left-footed volley in the 86th minute.
Snodland Town claimed a 4-1 win at home against Stansfeld, with Stanley Oldfield and Ryan Thompson both scoring twice after Stansfeld’s Harvey Mead opened the scoring.
Erith & Belvedere secured their first win with a late goal from Freddie Baker, defeating Kennington 1-0, while Ryan Philpott’s double helped Lydd to a 3-0 victory at home over Sutton Athletic.
In one of the results of the day, Rusthall triumphed 3-1 at Whitstable Town thanks to goals from Tarik Ibrahim, Daniel Blunn, and Charlie Clover. Corinthian won 2-0 at home against Bearsted, with Shawn Jewett-Ricketts and Mefose Esumobi finding the net.
