Four sides went into the day without a defeat — and after a frantic afternoon in the First Division, all four remain unbeaten as AFC Greenwich Borough, Rochester United and Lordswood all won and Greenways picked up a draw – just.
AFC Greenwich Borough kept top spot with a 2-1 home win over SC Thamesmead. Jack Church and Aghosa Williams did the damage for Borough, while Abdou Jobe pulled one back from the spot for Thamesmead.
Rochester United remain perfect — six played, six wins — after a 5-1 victory at Lewisham Borough. John Garcia gave the hosts an early lead, but Jack Nelson, Mack Reilly, Lucas Payne, Bobby Parker and Kelechi Nkwocha turned it into a comfortable afternoon for the Spartans.
Lordswood strengthened their early play-off push with a 3-0 win against Chessington & Hook. Harvey Welford, Ethan Stewart and Artem Kuchkov were on target as the Lords sit fifth and looking sharp.
Greenways saw their 100% record go, but salvaged an unbeaten run with a late 96th-minute equaliser from Sam Ajayi to snatch a 1-1 draw at Croydon — Ed Dwyer had looked to have won it for the Trams in the 82nd minute.
SE Dons returned to winning ways, beating Banstead Athletic 4-1 at the Bauvill — Aaron Watson with a brace, Zak Ansah adding a third and Joedon Gugas-Cowin wrapping things up to lift the Dons to third.
Tooting Bec were ruthless at Bridon Ropes, thumping them 5-1 — Nile Waite’s first-half hat-trick set the tone, with Benji Robinson and Yunas Emhatsion adding second-half gloss.
Elsewhere, Jedd Smith’s brace gave Welling Town a 2-0 win over Lydd Town, and Sam Sharp’s strike was enough as Staplehurst Monarchs edged past Halls AFC.
