Punjab United 2021/22 Squad Announcements

 

Punjab United have revealed the opening signings in to their 2021/22 Premier Division squad.

First-up, and remaining at Punjab from last year, is Will Johnson-Cole.

The flying winger has been a key player for the club in recent seasons and he will be keen to provide the ammunition for the the Punjab hitmen again.

One of those hitmen is George Goodwin, with the striker committing to another year at the Steve Cook Stadium.

George scored 7 goals in a very short season last time so will be eager for a full term to once again show his true quality.

New to the squad is Dominic Vincent.

The defender can count Erith & Belvedere and VCD Athletic as his former sides but is now happy to call Punjab United his home.

Goalkeeper Max Ovenden has committed for another year. Max played all 15 games last term, one appearance ahead of defender Steven Ratcliff, who has also agreed to stay.

Punjab United have announced the signings of Jordan Campbell and Chandler Kasai.

Jordan has been a regular in pre-season games and comes in from Corinthian.

On the other hand, Chandler made his debut in the recent friendly against Smethwick and scored. He comes in from Lordswood.

Defender Marvin Okundalaiye has been at the club for 2 years and has previous experiences at Sheppey, Chatham and Sevenoaks.

Midfielder Zak Henry signed this year for Punjab from VCD. He also spent time at Cray Wanderers.

Punjab United have also announced the new signing of Ope Aromona and a player staying next season, Diljit Boora.

Ope, a midfielder, has been a regular in pre-season. Diljit, a defender, has been at the club since they went to Saturday football.
