The Dockers went behind to a Tunba Bokula opener for Fisher but the scores were level by the break when Michael Power converted a penalty, given for an incident that saw the visitors reduced to 10 men.
In the second half Power added another and Dan Palfrey scored a free-kick giving Erith Town the 3 points that put them on points parity with Glebe and Sheppey United.
Holmesdale continued their fine start to the season with a 4-0 home win against Welling Town.
Nathan Palmer, Owen Punselie, William Polius and Kameiko Pope-Campbell all scored for the Dale who now sit in an impressive 7th place.
Canterbury City were the other home winners tonight after they saw off Lordswood 3-0.
Josh Strouts, Sammi Takaloo and Josh Dorling all netted for Canterbury as they handed Lordswood their 4th successive loss.
