Seven years ago today Whyteleafe picked up a 3-1 win at Phoenix Sports on their way to the SCEFL Premier title.
At Eden Park Avenue a crowd of 154 saw Beckenham Town beat Ashford United while at the Culverden 246 witnessed Tunbridge Wells beat basement boys Woodstock Sports.
In the Kent Invicta League there were plenty of goals in the six games with Lewisham Borough hitting 4, but still losing to Meridian VP, and Glebe racking up 5 at Crockenhill.

Deal Town 1 – 6 Corinthian
Holmesdale 1 – 1 Erith Town
AFC Croydon Athletic prevented Ashford United from closing the gap at the top by beating them 4-3 at Homelands. Raheem Sterling-Parker scored a double for the Rams with Jack Higgins and Danny Cumber getting the others.
Corinthian moved up to 4th place after a convincing win at Deal Town with Conor Johnson and Luke Tanner both scoring twice while Aaron Jeffrey netted a late equaliser as Erith Town drew at Holmesdale.

4 years ago today Sam Crabb scored a double as Crowborough Athletic beat Beckenham Town at Eden Park Avenue. Jason Barton got the other for the Crows meaning Luwayne Greenwood’s late reply was just a mere consolation effort.
Jeff Duah-Kessie and Lauris Chin were on target for Croydon at home to Whitstable Town. Regan Payne and Kane Rowland had earlier scored for Whitstable though leaving this game finishing all-square.
A Marcus Cassius double helped Kent Football United to a comfortable 5-1 win at Stansfeld. Chris Hubbard, Darryl Dylan and and Stefan Cox got the other goals for KFU on their way to a 4th place season finish.
K Sports finished one place below them in 5th and tonight collected a point at Forest Hill Park. Nick Nowotny and Caine Smith scored for the Paperboys with Jamar Dobson and Tulani Pama netting for Forest.
