Lordswood and Southall part ways

 

Following a bad run of results Lordswood and their First Team Manager Nicky Southall have parted ways.

The Premier Division side started the season well but after picking up just 1 win from their last 9 league games the Lords and Southall have gone their seperate ways.

Chairman Ray Broad released this short statement tonight;

“Lordswood AFC has agreed to part company with Nicky Southall by mutual consent.

“We would like to thank Nicky for his hard work over the last 10 months and wish him all the best for the future.

“First Team Coach Sam Wilson will be overseeing the transition period for the team while further discussions are ongoing.”

Nicky Southall used his Social Media to announce the news;

“I wish Everyone at Lordswood all the very best .

“Time for me to look elsewhere on the next chapter.”

Lordswood have the weekend off before facing Bearsted in the Challenge Cup next Tuesday.
