KST Final – Corinthian 1-3 Sheppey United
2019/20 Kent Senior Trophy Final
Corinthian 1-3 Sheppey United
Bauvill Stadium, Chatham
7.45pm K.O
This delayed Cup Final went ahead on Tuesday night, 21 months after it was originally due to have taken place.
And it was the current SCEFL side which lifted the trophy aloft as Sheppey United came from behind to beat Corinthian 3-1.
It was our former side that took the lead though with Jack Mahoney getting the opener on 18 minutes.
The Ites responded well to that set back and through Warren Mfula, levelled and went ahead before the break.
The game was warapped up in the final minutes thanks to a Corinthian own goal meaning Sheppey got to lift the silverware – albeit 2 years later than planned.
