Kent Senior Trophy – 2024/25

DFDS Kent Senior Trophy – 2024-25 Season

Final

Sunday 13th April

Larkfield & New Hythe 3-2 Whitstable Town

Maidstone United FC

Larkfield & New Hythe are the 2024/25 Kent Senior Trophy winners after a 3-2 victory over Whitstable Town.

The Larks took a 1-0 lead into the break thanks to a stunning free-kick from eventual Man of the Match Tyler Ibe.

Ibe was to get the second from the penalty spot before he laid on the third for Tyrell Richardson in a dominant spell for Larkfield.

The Whitstable comeback was sparked by a goal direct from a corner from Robbie Rees and minutes later it was 3-2, when Jake McIntyre netted from the spot.

With no further goals Whitstable will have to wait until Wembley to have a chance of lifting a Cup but they watched on and applauded deserved victors in Larkfield & New Hythe.

The Kent Senior Trophy Final will be played between Larkfield & New Hythe and Whitstable Town following away wins for both teams today.

Larkfield needed penalties to get past Bearsted and did so after a 1-1 normal time draw in which Tyler Ibe opened the scoring before a late leveller from Sam Flisher for the Bears.

Whistable beat Stansfeld 3-0 at the Artic Stadium. Dean Grant scored first and last with Ashdon Day netting in between.
