Hythe Town Name Darren Beale as New Manager
Hythe Town have moved quickly to steady the ship, confirming Darren Beale as their new manager after parting company with Ira Jackson at the weekend.
The Cannons have endured a rocky start to the campaign, but the club’s latest appointment comes with a clear message: fresh direction, renewed belief, and a man who knows how to win.
Beale arrives with strong credentials, having played a key role in Ramsgate’s title-winning Isthmian League campaign last season. Hythe say he fully understands the club’s philosophy and is ready to throw himself into the project, bringing energy, clarity and—hopefully—a bit of that Ramsgate sparkle with him.
In a statement released ahead of Saturday’s trip to Sutton Athletic, the club said Beale’s experience and mentality will help “bring positivity back into the Club,” adding that they are confident he can guide the side into a more competitive phase.
Hythe Town have welcomed their new boss and wished him every success as he takes the reins. Now it’s over to Beale to turn promise into points—starting this weekend.
