Holmesdale welcome new Management Team

Holmesdale have named Reece Parara and Simon Beard as their new joint Managers for the 2024/25 season.

The duo replace Andy Constable, who will remain at the Club in an overseeing role.

The Club released this statement to announce the news;

“We are pleased to announce some changes to the on-field management structure at the club. Andy Constable will move into the Director of Football role, with Reece Parara and Simon Beard taking over as the new management duo in charge of the club’s senior team. Reece and Simon, who had been leading Welling Utd’s impressive U23 side last season, will also be joined by goalkeeping coach Kieran Gooding, with the aim being to build on the solid foundations that have been laid at Dale over the previous 12 months.”

Additionally, Holmesdale have announced Tony Beckingham as their new Chairman.

Tony, who was already Director of Football at The Dalers and is a former manager of the club, brings a wealth of experience both on and off the field to the role and will continue to oversee the club’s progression in the football pyramid.

“I’m honoured to step in as the new Chairman of Holmesdale 1956 FC and excited to build on the foundations that were laid last season by Simon Kidby” said Tony. “Together with our wonderfully dedicated volunteers, Committee, new management team and players, we will hopefully go on to achieve great things both on and off the pitch.”
