Holmesdale 2-1 Sutton Athletic

Holmesdale picked up their first points of the season with a 2-1 win against Sutton Athletic at the RTL Group Stadium on Wednesday night.

Elliott Duncan, on a dual-registration from Erith Town, scored just 28 minutes into his Holmesdale debut with an own goal practically wrapping the game up with 10 minutes to play.

Taylor Fisher did pull one back late on for Sutton but it was too little too late and Dale are up and running in 25/26.
