Glebe Gain Ground Grant

Glebe have announced their delight at being awarded a grant by the Football Foundation that will see their Foxbury Stadium surface into an all-weather pitch.

Chairman Rocky McMillan revealed the news via a Social Media post on the club aacount;

“Ground Update! We are delighted to announce we have been awarded grants in excess of £911,000 from the Football Foundation and Premier League Stadium Fund for a new all weather pitch at Foxbury! Our sincere thanks!”

“Thanks also to the Chislehurst Society for their grant, our members for their vital fundraising and to Chistlehurst Matters for their support.

“This is an exciting development for sport in the local area and we look forward to welcoming people to enjoy the world class facilities.”

Work will begin in the summer and we look forward to keeping up with developments.
