Frankie Sawyer Appointed Chislehurst Glebe Manager

Chislehurst Glebe have confirmed the appointment of Frankie Sawyer as their new First Team Manager.

Sawyer takes charge with the club in high spirits and full of belief, as the new boss looks to continue the positive momentum shown in recent weeks. A familiar face at Foxbury, he’s described as a “top lad and proper club man” and returns determined to drive the team forward.

Frankie has wasted no time assembling a strong and experienced backroom team around him. Arron Fray joins as Assistant Manager, bringing a wealth of experience from his playing days with Crystal Palace, Dagenham & Redbridge and Bromley, among others. The pair previously worked together at Glebe and most recently at Lewes FC.

Arron’s brother James Fray comes in as First Team Coach. A former player with Croydon Athletic, Cray Wanderers and Harrow Borough, James now works full-time as a coach with the well-regarded Kinetic Foundation.

Also joining the setup are Mat Turner as Goalkeeping Coach and Laurette Kedze as Head Physio, completing an impressive and well-rounded management team.

Exciting times ahead for Chislehurst Glebe as the new era under Frankie Sawyer begins.
