A busy day in the First Division saw all 20 teams take to the field, giving us plenty of entertainment and as usual, plenty of goals.

Sutton Athletic went in to today at the top of the table at by they remained there at the end of the day after winning 2-1 at home to Lewisham Borough.

Jordan Samuels got the opener for the leaders and after a Ed Asarmah leveller Dan Gunner scored the winner.

Croydon are in second place after they came out best in a 5-goal thriller with FC Elmstead.

With the scores level at 2-2 in the final minute up popped Kieran Rufus earn the Trams all 3 points.

Bridon Ropes won again and with their unbeaten start to the campaign sit third in the table.

Ladic Meloconian kept up his fine goalscoring form with the first which was added to by a Mo Adisa double against Lydd Town.

Staplehurst Monarchs picked up their first ever SCEFL win and in doing so handed Tooting Bec their first defeat here.

Kieran Pallet and Sam Murray got the goals for the Monarchs in a 2-1 home success.

Chessington & Hook also picked up their first 3 points of the season and did it with a comfortable 3-0 win at home to Faversham Strike Force which included an impressive goal from debutant Joe Avery.

Kent Football United won 3-0 too in their game at home to Westside FC.

Georgi Steeds, Marcus Cassius and Gravlyn Kitondo all netted for KFU who are nicely positioned among the play-off places.

Greenways made it back-to-back wins with a 3-1 victory at home to Forest Hill Park.

Farai Maganga, Sam Harris and Simon Walton got the goals for the Greens  before their visitors pulled one back late on.

Hicham Akhazzan got the only goal of the game as Larkfield & New Hythe edged out Meridian VP to continue their drive up the table.

The other 2 games both finished level.

Stansfeld are still unbeaten after a 1-1 draw with Snodland Town while Rochester United v SC Thamesmead finished 2-2, earning the Acre their first point of the campaign.
