The FA Cup First Round Qualifying Draw takes place this weekend and we have four SCEFL sides taking part.
Saturday 2nd September
Sheppey United 3-1 Kennington
Whitstable Town 2-3 Wingate & Finchley
Faversham Town 0-4 Lewes
Sunday 3rd September
Kingstonian 4-1 Lydd Town
It was 0 from 3 in the FA Cup on Saturday, with all SCEFL sides involved departing the competition to higher level opposition.
Faversham Town went down 4-0 at home to Lewes and Kennington lost 3-1 at Sheppey United. Whitstable Town went the closest to getting somewhere but Liam Gillies late double was not enough to prevent Wingate & Finchley making their way through.
On Sunday, Lydd Town went down to an Andy Somo inspired Kingstonian.
