Glebe returned to the top of the Premier Division table after a thrilling 5-3 win at Erith & Belvedere tonight.
Jamie Philpot got the first of the game and his 18th league goal of the season in the 16th minute.
The Deres then came back strong and scored twice in two minutes through Danny Lear and Tyler Anderson-Parr.
Philpot then saw his penalty saved before Sam Johnson levelled the scores with a fine finish.
Early in the second half Lear put the hosts ahead but their lead didn’t last long due to Rilwan Anibaba’s error which gifted Lauris Chin a goal.
Philpot made it 4-3 and it was 5-3 soon after when Ryan King-Elliot slotted home.
