FC Elmstead Charity Shield winners

 

FC Elmstead are the winners of the 2025 Roy Vinter Respect Charity Shield after beating Whitstable Town on penalties.

The game finished 1-1 in standard time with our First Division side taking the lead through Jack Hyslop in the 76th minute before Joe Healy levelled shortly after.

The match went straight to penalties where Elmstead held their nerve best to win 5-3!

 

 

Roy Vinter was a long-serving secretary-treasurer of the league, initially joining the management committee of the then-Kent League in 1980. He passed away in 2014.
