Monday 26th August

Croydon 1-0 Bridon Ropes
Faversham Strike Force 0-0 Canterbury City
Meridian VP 0-2 Halls AFC
Rochester United 4-0 Greenways
Welling Town 0-0 SC Thamesmead

Ten First Division teams played but only three of them scored, with goals and wins seemingly hard to find this Bank Holiday Monday.

However, Rochester United bucked that trend with 4 goals scored and 3 points gained against Greenways. Mack Reilly was the star of the show for the Spartans netting a second half hat-trick, which helped his side move up up to second place in the table.

Halls AFC were 2-0 victors away at Meridian VP. Alfie Clark  and Zack Manning were both on target for Halls as they condemned Meridian to a 4th successive league loss.

Croydon were the only other winners today, as they beat Bridon Ropes by a single goal. Georgi Steeds got it from the penalty spot just before the half time break.

The big game at the top of the table between Faversham Strike Force and Canterbury City finished goalless as did the bottom of the table clash between Welling Town and SC Thamesmead.
