All change at Glebe FC

 

It has been a busy week at Glebe FC!

The Premier Division promotion hopefuls have made a change of Management and also announced a change of playing surface for next season.

“We are delighted that our planning application for 3G surface on our stadium pitch has been granted by Bromley Council.” beamed Chairman Rocky McMillan “Thank you to everyone who has supported us, these are exciting times for the club and the wider community! We’ll hopefully have a new all weather pitch for next season.”

It is not just the grass pitch exiting the scene at Foxbury as Glebe have parted ways with the Management Team of Craig Nelson and Danny Oakins.

The duo have done a great job in positioning the Foxes well for a play-off finish but that task will now be left to the incoming trio of Peter Sweeney, Marlon Patterson and Michael Power to finish.

“We are delighted to announce our new Management Team until season end. ‘Sweens’, ‘Patto’ & ‘Shaggy’ have tremendous experience in non league and we look forward to the coming weeks.”

Next up for Glebe is the visit of Punjab United on Easter Monday.
