Discipline Officer Vacancy

The league is looking for someone to take over the role and responsibilities of the Discipline Officer as soon as possible.

The person in this role will be responsible for all administration to support the compliance to league rules and directives by member clubs. They will be the central point for issuing all charges on behalf of the league.

Will need to develop and maintain a good working relationship with league officers and clubs in order to inform of rule breaches. Will be fully responsible for organisation of disciplinary commissions and the administration work required around them.

Candidates must be able to demonstrate strong administrative skills as well as being IT literate and proficient in Word and Excel. Will need to have the ability to quickly learn, understand and apply League and FA Rules and Directives.

League Secretary Vacancy

The current Secretary has informed the league he will be standing down at the next AGM in June 2019.

The league is looking for a person to join the Management Committee from early next year to work alongside the current secretary to ensure a smooth handover following the AGM.

The role of the secretary forms the most important link between the football authorities, the league itself and clubs.

The secretary is expected to be strong administratively and key responsibilities will include the formation of the league at the start of each season, to include but not limited to, club affiliation to the League, league sanctioning (ensure league is sanctioned by FA following and all clubs are affiliated with the CFA), ensuring league rules are received and updated in line with FA Standardised Rules, and preparation for the AGM

In addition they will deal with Day-to-Day League Correspondence, ensuring officers and clubs are up kept up to date .

Candidates must be able to demonstrate strong administrative skills as well as being IT literate and be proficient in Word, Powerpoint and Excel, as well as knowledge and understanding of FA Rules and FA Directives. Knowledge and understanding FA Full-Time and the Whole game System is also essential.
